Hi Rodney,
in the +INSTALL script of env_ldflags_ssl_1.0.1 is a quoting bug, missing "\"!

 

/bin/cat >> /etc/profile.lcl << EOF 2> /dev/null

# pkg_add :: LDFLAGS ssl extend for installed software
export LDFLAGS="\${LDFLAGS} -L/usr/local/ssl/lib"
----------------^
EOF

Thanks. I've updated this package now to version 1.1.
Doing an update will fix this. This would affect mostly people doing SSL development.
 
pkg_update -L env_ldflags_ssl
