FDXBrianR -> Getting uudecode: stdin: short file from pkg-current-bin35.sh install (Oct. 4, '06, 2:59:14 PM) |
Hi,
I'm new to Interix, and am trying to get some tools installed. It appears to me that I need to first install pkg-current-bin35.sh. I downloaded the file (1345007 bytes). When I execute:
sh pkg-current-bin35.sh
I get:
uudecode: stdin: short file
and
gunzip: pkg-2.7.0-bin35.tar.gz: unexpected end of file
the install fails.
Does this file need to be in a specific directory prior to executing the sh command?
Do I have a complete file ?
Please let me know how to correct these issues, or if there is another way for me to get/install Interix tools such as gmake, autoconf, etc...
Thanks,
Brian |
