Announcing bash version 3.0.0.8 for Interix.

This is an update to the previous release for handling DOS line endings (ick)
in scripts. This improves on the previous release (3.0.0.7) by handling the
situation where a command is over several lines.

to update/install do:
 
    pkg_update -L bash
