The Forum is back up again.
Connectivity was lost for the web site from ISP for about 8 hours.
Once that was restored the Forum spection (which relies on a database)
was still down until mere minutes ago. We're not clear on the "why" part
just yet.
The connectivity to the ftp site was unaffected during this time because
we have that serviced by a different ISP.
