I'm trying to install SFU on XP Pro using my Administrator's account.
When it's almost done I got the error:
Installer has insufficient priviledge to modify this file:
C:\Config.msi\525b57d.rbf
Anyone has any idea?

Which version of SFU ? Is this a fresh new install ? Or an upgrade ?
If an upgrade, then you probably modified the ownership or perms on one of the original files such that its not writable by the Administrators group.
You need to run "fixperms.exe" that's on the SFU 3.0 CD
or you need to use Explorer to change the ACL list on all the SFU files
such that Administrators has write permission on every file and directory.
