I run a Compaq Alpha DS20E - EV68, with HP Tru64 UNIX, version 5.1B
Can you please tell me how do I disable Control+C?
If possible, just for users. Administrator, as root, must keep Control+C privileges.

You need to tell us why you are wanting to disable Ctrl-C.
Ctrl-C is just a key sequence. Depending on what the key sequence
is and the terminal settings certain actions happen. Interrupt
is an important feature that many applications use to stop an
internal sequence from continuing without the application stopping.
Suspend (aka ^Z) is in a similar situation. Adjusting if/when/why
Interrupt or Suspend is usually done on an application by application
basis, not a per user or system-wide basis -- too much will get messed.
The other obvious question is, why are you asking a Tru64 question here?

First of all, thanks for your reply.
Am I making any mistake, posting a Tru64 question here? If so, I'm sorry. Am I on the wrong forum, or UNIX Tools Forum is not at all for Tru64?
If so, please accept my apologies.
About what you mencioned: we run a Cobol (AcuCobol) application. Users often use Control+C, "breaking"; they may damage files, by doing so.
I want to disable Control+C, in order to prevent users of "breaking" the application. How is it done? Can you help me?
Thank you.

We deal with a product called SFU (Services for UNIX) mostly here.
In particular the Interix (Unix) portion of it by itself and when it
interacts with other systems. So it wasn't clear to me that it was a
pure Tru64 question given the usual context.
You'll likely get a better answer from one of the unix newsgroups.
In particular the one aimed at Tru64: "comp.unix.tru64"
You may want to read the 'stty' man page about changing the terminal
interrupt key sequence.
