Is it possible to build an application under the interix-subsystem, which uses oracle(orasql8.dll,oraclient8.dll,...)?

Currently you cannot directly link to the Oracle libraries because they are Win32 DLL's.
You can use ODBC (such as the ODBC-ODBC bridge) to communicate with Oracle (or
any other DB doing ODBC). The Perl here at /Tools is update from what ships with
SFU so that the DB calls will work (and pthreads too).
There a special web page about DB access:
http://www.interopsystems.com/tools/db.htm
that should help explain things.
