64bit is only available in SUA - not in SFU3.5
And I think the only 64bit support is for the AMD64 chips
(and likely the EM64T Intel chips) - not the Itanium.

There were plans many month ago for running on Itanium with SUA, but that was scrapped. Sorry.
It's as Mark says: the AMD64 chips & SUA (W2K3/R2 and future OS releases).
