Status: offline 		Announcing ccache version 2.4 for Interix.

From the ccache manual page:
quote:

ccache is a compiler cache. It speeds up re-compilation of
C/C++ code by caching previous compiles and detecting when
the same compile is being done again.


Once installed you must configure you environment to use ccache as
per the manual page; the installation does not automatically force you to use it.

To install do:
pkg_update -L ccache
or 
pkg_add ftp://ftp.interopsystems.com/pkgs/3.5/ccache-currrent-bin.tgz
