There' s no sh in %SFUDIR%\bin? (To use the Windows path.) You should be able open an Interix shell, and execute the installer directly. Look for a shortcut in your Start Menu:
Start->Programs->Windows Services For Unix->Korn Shell
This will open an Interix terminal. Navigate to the downloaded installer and execute it directly:
./$PATH_TO_INSTALLER/pkg-1.2-bin35.sh
The Interix utilities are not available from a cmd window, which is where I suspect you are trying this from.

tail: Could not open file ' und' : No such file or directory
tail: Could not open file ' Einstellungen/Carsten/pkg-1_2-bin35.sh' : No such file
or directory

Just move the file to the /tmp directory for right now.
It' ll run from there without a problem.
I' ll update the script to handle spaces in the pathname and post that up later.

Thx. Good workaround.
Nextone:
$ pkg_add ftp://ftp.interopsystems.com/pkgs/3.5/sudo-1.6.6-bin.tgz
pkg_add: not running as administrator - trying to record install anyway
I' m executing pkg_add from an account that is not Administrator but in Administrator-group.
Seems to be a bug in pkg_add.
Trying it from Administrator I get this:
$ pkg_add ftp://ftp.interopsystems.com/pkgs/3.5/sudo-1.6.6-bin.tgz
>>> ftp -o - ftp://ftp.interopsystems.com/pkgs/3.5/sudo-1.6.6-bin.tgz
sh: pkg: No such file or directory
No idea why:
Verzeichnis von C:\SFU\usr\local\bin
15.12.2003 20:13 9.980 pkg
15.12.2003 20:13 130.277 pkg_add
15.12.2003 20:13 97.629 pkg_create
15.12.2003 20:13 94.288 pkg_delete
15.12.2003 20:13 95.356 pkg_info
15.12.2003 20:13 78.549 pkg_sign

Found the problem.
The installer has no dependency check.
pkg needs perl (which I haven' t installed).
