Announcing pkg version 2.4.6.

This package contains the install tools such as pkg_update and
pkg_delete. This version is an update to the previous version.
This version starts to use the '-f' option with ftp when a try
at directly contacting an ftp site is not successful. The '-f' option
finds proxy information from the registry and tries using this to do an
FTP proxy connection.

To update do:

    pkg_update -L pkg

Note: You can still use pkg_add but we are trying to wean users over to using pkg_update for
the multiple platform support in the upcoming future. Thanks.

Announcing pkg version 2.4.7 mere minutes later.

This corrects a bug with pkg_update for determining which version
is the most recent. The problem only appeared with some packages (such as cvs).
