Is there any API available for grokking the available network interfaces? I'd like to port CMU dhcpd, and I could rip out the interface detection code, but I'd like to have it work "normally" if at all possible.

I have my own private library with ioctl()'s to do this.
I've used it with a number of applications.
What method is used with the CMU code?
