Announcing libtool version 1.5.20 for Interix.

This is an update from the previous release in two respects.
1) It's picks up the changes from the main line
2) It has been enhanced for creating Interix shared libraries

WRT (2) this means that should you want to port a library yourself
that gets configured using configure you can now get a better
build, including shared libraries, for Interix. You need to run autoreconf
to regenerate things (you'll need the autoconf and automake packages
installed as well).

The other "fun" thing is that for "known libraries" the image base will be automagically
set for the shared library. By default library images get placed at 0x100000 which means
an application with several libraries will have to do a lot of repositioning. When there
are many shared libraries this can result in the application not being able to run. Most
of the packaged libraries from /Tools are set with a fixed image base. That is, a maintained
canonical list of image bases is "published" by /Tools. A human readable form has been kept
on the ftp site for a couple of years now. A new list is now distributed with /Tools' libtool.
This means fewer conflicts and repositioning at application startup (it's faster).
It also provides consistency from build to build, machine to machine, version to version.

Should you want to reserve a section for your favorite library please let us know.
I'm going to try to have this list be part of the SUA release (/Tools now has a contract
with MS to update all of the utilities and libraries for SUA). This should mean that
these changes can go "main line" with libtool in the near future.
