In my windows 2003 server I have installed nfs client (sfu 3.5) and user mapping to mount a volume from my storage ( netapp). This volume is a home directory in web site under IIS6. ( home diretory like \\10.0.0.1\share) It's work very fine but the first request ( after 5 minutes without request) to web site is very slow. ( 15 seconds to respond) is there some tuning to increase performance of client nfs?
Tkanks!!

I have a similar problem. But my case is a little bit more complicated, since I use coLinux as the NFS server. So it can also be the coLinux that causes the problem.
