Announcing several packages as entirely 64-bit based for AMD.
This applies to 64-bit AMD only with Interix 5.2 since IA64
doesn't get implemented until the release of Interix 6.0 (Vista).
First there is a bootstrap script for bootstraping the installer
just for 64bit AMD. The bootstrap script to use is:

Most of the packages that are 64-bit specific are included with the
bootstrap script (marked below with a *). Note that any library
packages listed here are static only since there is no shared/DSO library
support for 64-bits yet. The libport below is version 1.1 that works with
c89/cc (not only gcc as 1.0 does).

And, yes, the 64-bit version do run faster than the 32-bit thunking on 64-bit.
But that should be no surprise.
