Announcing perl version 5.8.8 for Interix.
This is an update from the previous release and includes all
of the Perl updates. This releases is build with a few more
things "turned on" than previously. A few more database things
are included. I've also done the build with threading to give it
a try (if you notice anything odd because of this please let me know).
To update/install do:
pkg_update -L perl
