Using Gateway for SFU ...I lose access to folders in a file system share called \\<servername>\vsg\peoplesoft\psoft\psreports. This happens when I mount a second share to a totaly different filesystem on a completely different disk on \\<servername>\\vsg\peoplesoft\psoft. Only the names of shares are close to being the same. The files on the gateway share on the windows server just go away but the mount is still there or seems to be. The NFS server is a solaris 8 with VCS cluster controlling a pair of servers. All the mounts are active on one server at a time. Another strange thing is that when you use explorer or the command line and do a "dir" the byte count on both shares are exactly the same which means that the secound mount has in effect took over control of my first mount ... the \\<servername>\\vsg\peoplesoft\psoft mount. It's files are all viewable and writeable, but my \\<servername>\vsg\peoplesoft\psoft\psreports share now is empty. Once I drop the \\<servername>\\vsg\peoplesoft\psoft share the orignal \\<servername>\vsg\peoplesoft\psoft\psreports share looks normal again and the files are all there. I know this sounds confusing and that I'm on drugs but even Microsoft is scratching their heads ... any help/suggestions would be appriciated, thanks
