I woulkd like to know how to get rid of the 2 minutes delays when I use the 'at now' command.
I you have an idea about this 2 minutes delays let me know ...

The at jobs are submitted to cron.
Cron runs it's jobs at the bottom of the minute rather than the top.
So an "at now" will get put into the "next" minute so it's not missed.
That can account for an up-to 2 minute wait or an at least 61 second wait.
