Announcing pkg version 2.6 for Interix.

32 and 64 bit versions of the package are available.
Please use pkg_update to get the right one for you automatically.

To update do:

    pkg_update -L pkg

This release has two changes from the previous release.
1)
Based on a request for package creation extensions.
When pkg_delete is run the uninstall script is run
prior to the package being removed. The script is run with
the second arg of "DEINSTALL". This continues unchanged so
that no existing packages break. If, and only if, the new '-A'
option is used with pkg_create will the uninstall script
get run with the second arg as "POST-DEINSTALL". If '-A' is not
used then packages' uninstall scripts can continue to be written
as previous to version 2.6. Again, this is to not break existing
packages or build environments.
2)
On systems that do not have Case Senstive Filesystems the install
will now detect this (instead of spinning in a loop), tell the
user the problem and tell about the registry key needing to be changed.
Thanks to anyone who provided information in the Forum (though it
was all red herring as it turns out).
