All,
Is there a way to find out what services are running within each of the desktop heaps allocated by Windows. I have used 'Desktop heap monitor tool' however it just lists the percentage of usage details.

Not from Interix or anything that ships with SFU can you look at the Win32 subsystem (CSRSS) heap.
Why they call it a "desktop heap" is odd because it's a CSRSS heap.
If you want to find out what services are running you use the services command.
