Announcing netpbm version 10.34 for Interix.

This package is large collection of images converters that
in turn are used by several other tools (to be released in
the future) and by web sites. There are 319 programs for PNG,
JPEG, TIFF, pnm, pgm, xpm, etc. conversion.

The package is dependent on several other packages (no surprise)
such as jpeg, libtiff, etc. plus Perl. So a "cold" load of this
will take some time. But a "warm" load (you have everything from
/Tools already) is actually pretty quick.
