Announcing pkg version 2.7.0 for Interix.
This is an update to the previous versions.
This version includes checks and corrections for ensuring
that directories have the correct permissions in the
package database. This corrects a problem with different
users doing installations.
New for this version for pkg_update is a completion
bar instead of text output to show the status of packages
getting installed. It's a bit prettier 
to update do:
pkg_update -L pkg
